Enzen is accredited as a Living Wage Employer. 

Everyone working at Enzen, regardless of whether they are direct employees or third-party contracted staff, receive a minimum hourly wage of £8.75 in the UK or £10.20 in London. Both rates are significantly higher than the statutory minimum for over 25s of £7.50 per hour introduced in April 2017.

The Utilities Vendor Database (UVDB) and Verify

The Utilities Vendor Database (UVDB) and Verify is recognised as the standard for supplier pre-qualification within the Utilities Sector. Therefore this registration and prequalification system is used by all major UK Utilities to source suppliers and contractors. Verify is focused on Safety, Health, the Environment and Quality (SHEQ) assessments and by registering on Verify, suppliers and contractors gain a clear understanding of the industry’s requirements. The assessments generate detailed reports of the company’s capabilities that may be used both as an aid to sourcing for the Utilities but also as valuable guidance on improvements for the company being assessed. Through a successful audit, Verify service provides: Demonstrable compliance to Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) requirements; Independent assessment and benchmarking; Credibility in the market place Industry specific assessments.
