Shweta Tripathi is the Global Head of Knowledge Studio at Enzen. She is passionate about sustainable development and strongly believes that environmental conservation is the only way to ensure a livable planet for the future generations.
Shweta has over 17 years of experience in water and energy sector, and has worked with energy & water utilities, academia and NGO’s across a wide range of geographies. She is currently working on strategic portfolio growth and knowledge development for Enzen. Her core philosophy is to leverage knowledge with passion and empathy and do whatever it takes to reduce inefficient use of energy and water, so that more and more people can have access to these life-essentials.
A multi-cultural person who thrives on collaboration, team work and creativity, Shweta is a Chevening Gurukul Fellow and has been honored by prestigious fellowships like, FQRNT fellowship given by Ministry of Education & Science, Quebec, Canada and DAAD Fellowship given by German Academic Exchange Service.
Shweta holds a Ph.D. from Lehigh University, USA in Civil and Environmental Engg. and has two Master’s degrees, one a joint degree from IIT Kanpur/ Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany in Environmental Engg & Mgmt. and the second from Kanpur University in Life Sciences. Prior to Enzen she worked as a senior research fellow in Chemical Engg at McGill University, Canada where her research focused on nanotechnology and ground water remediation.
