The Role

The Marketing Manager will work directly with the Head – Marketing & Communications across all aspects of internal and external marketing and contribute to growth and development of the company.

Location(s): Bangalore, India

Responsibilities

  • Serve as marketing and communications advisor to CoEs/ key stakeholders
  • Drive various internal and external marketing and communications campaigns
  • Execute high visibility campaigns in collaboration with the digital team
  • Continue to develop and strengthen Enzen’s unique and compelling “voice” to build brand awareness, relevance, reputation and esteem among target audiences
  • Support copy-editing to ensure all content is in compliance with brand guidelines
  • Support the communications agenda and develop messaging for internal brand building (e.g., newsletters, announcements)
  • Create and manage the annual events calendar and provide pre-, on-the-ground and post- event support
  • Create and manage production of content (both print and digital) for various audiences. This includes, but is not limited to brochures, flyers, thought leadership articles, exhibition collateral, press releases, and news articles
  • Implement strategies to drive employee engagement and understanding of the business
  • Monitor market trends, advertising, and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered
  • Ensure that all content/ communications material adheres to the Enzen style guide
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure success

Minimum
Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, with a focus on execution of marketing and communications strategies
  • Bachelors’ degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
  • Advanced degree (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Communication, English or a related business field
  • Experience in liaising with external agencies/ vendors for marketing and branding activities
  • Experience in event planning and management
  • Understanding of the applications of social media for brand building activities
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong Adobe suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Strong persuasive communication skills, with ability to gain consensus through influence 
  • Strong oral and written communication (grammar) skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts of various teams to present coherent messages
  • Passionate and results driven individual
  • Exposure to the energy space (desired)
