You will lead the development and capture of business opportunities in Smart Cities and Communities within the Australian and New Zealand market. This requires you to establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with utilities, governments, councils and developers. You will show thought leadership and be innovative in developing solutions to ensure Enzen provides a market leading and differentiated product offering that is valued by customers.

Agreement on Business Plans, Key Result Areas, targets and priorities

Direct relationship with key customers and deep understanding of their objectives and where value can be added
Technology Vendors 
Maintain knowledge of technology solutions while remaining vendor and technology agnostic 
Regulators 
Develop professional and respected relationship and influence regulation in support of positive business and customer outcomes

Minimum
Qualifications

You are recognised as a leader in your field and have over 10 years senior management and leadership experience in either the energy supply, communications or local government sectors with demonstrated success in:
  • Relevant tertiary education
  • Business development and marketing
  • Developing strong customer relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Pricing, financial, economic & market modelling
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships and networks with a range of stakeholders including governments, regulators, councils, service providers and technology vendors
  • Delivering high quality value propositions to customers
  • Undertaking complex negotiations
