Kira Begunova is one of our most passionate client directors, developing strategies for UK customers in the net zero and digitalisation spaces.
A specialist in digital innovation for the energy transition, Kira has more than 20 years of experience in the energy, financial and technology sectors across the UK, US and Europe, designing and delivering strategic programmes, and leading cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
Her areas of expertise include digital strategy, stakeholder management, agile project delivery and the development of customer-centric innovative solutions driven by analytics.
She is focused on finding better ways to provide secure, affordable and sustainable energy to society, while working alongside industry experts and change makers. She chose to join a leading utilities influencer and innovator like Enzen to pursue her passions and help drive positive change in the UK utilities sector.
Kira has Master's degrees in Economics and Geology and Engineering from the People's Friendship University of Russia in Moscow, plus is an alumnus of London Business School where she studied Leadership and Strategy. She is also an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management and Stanford University.
Outside of work, Kira speaks six languages, practices executive coaching, provides mentorship for start-ups and entrepreneurs and is a huge fan of football, supporting Liverpool FC. She believes in never missing an opportunity to help people, continuous learning to reshape her perspectives, and is always striving to improve in every area of her professional life.
