Bio

Pat Lennon is a highly experienced utilities leader dedicated to creating more sustainable energy, water and hydrogen systems.

He has more than 40 years’ national and international experience in the energy, water and gas industries as an advisor and management consultant, engineering consultant, contractor and business owner.

Specialising in utility-scale renewable energy including wind and solar, thermal power, water and hydrogen, Pat has been an executive influencer and innovator in markets across Australia, USA, China, Hong Kong and New Zealand.

His key career achievements include overseeing, managing or advising on projects ranging between AUD $50 million and AUD $2 billion, delivering more than 1GW of renewable power and leading engineering and consultancy businesses collectively valued at around AUD $4-5 billion.

Most recently for Enzen, Pat has established an Energy Asset Development operation focused on new-age power generation of renewable energy. Through this, he has been instrumental in enabling large-scale renewable solutions in Australia designed to accelerate the country’s energy transition.

Pat has a Diploma of Business Management from Deakin University, a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Tasmania and is a graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors. He is also certified with the American Association of Cost Engineers.

Known as a passionate and resilient executive, Pat is supportive of his staff and is motivated by delivering successful outcomes for customers. He enjoys remaining physically active and follows national and international sports.
