Bio

Paul is an accomplished business leader with more than 20 years’ industry and technology consulting experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge in digital transformation to his leadership of Enzen’s cloud business.

His work philosophy revolves around creating clarity of vision, alongside a diverse and inclusive environment where there is trust, empowerment, allyship, support and opportunity. Paul is well known for his open and approachable style alongside his drive for results, coupled with absolute commitment to people and the team environment.

As the Head of Cloud, Paul brings significant experience in consulting and technology organisational leadership, complex solution building and large programme delivery in both public and private sectors. Paul’s experience also spans ownership of internal products, as well as capability definition and strategy.

Paul is actively expanding the Enzen cloud business and growing an exceptional cloud capability. Collaborating with fellow Enzen practitioners, Paul is leading the cloud organisation in building innovative digital solutions designed to enable customers in the energy transition.

Paul is passionate about people. He believes in coaching, career development, diversity, differentiated hiring and the importance of soft skills as well as technical depth.

Outside his professional role, Paul has always enjoyed sport and travel, and will take every opportunitiy to combine the two.

Paul joined Enzen from Microsoft where he held leadership roles within the vonsulting business and established a proven track record of driving strategic growth and building high-performing organisations within the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Paul holds a BSc (Hons) and professional certifications in TOGAF and ITIL.

Paul’s leadership has accelerated the organisational capability in cloud and modern delivery. He continues to shape the future of Enzen’s cloud offering direction, while creating opportunities for engagement across the organisation for people to do great things.
