Sathish Kutty is an experienced and passionate business leader, heading Execution Excellence in Enzen Australia. Under his leadership, the team has successfully delivered several large transformation and capital programmes, drawing on Sathish's in-depth industry knowledge to deliver desired outcomes to customers.
His work philosophy is focused on driving performance, growth and creating successful leaders, and he is well-known for his strong collaboration skills with customers and partners to drive innovation and deliver value. His role in nurturing and upskilling colleagues through trainings and mentoring has been invaluable to Enzen over the years.
Prior to his stint at Enzen, Sathish held senior roles in product and services companies where he led successful product development and implementation for clients in the USA. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India.
A loving father to his daughter and a devoted husband, he enjoys spending time with his family and participating in cultural and social events.
