Shashidhar Nanjundaiah is the Chief Storytelling Officer, helping to create a communicative culture at Enzen. As a reputed educator in the field of communications, Shashi believes that this is not merely a last-mile 'soft skill'. Rather, it's an important core competency on both an institutional and individual level. According to him, everyone on social media is a storyteller, and organisations and employees have the opportunity to build and tell the story that aligns business interests with larger, transformational goals.
Shashi has been the Director at the Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication, plus the founding Director of the Indira School of Communication. He has also successfully transformed a journalism school owned by the India Today Group, a large Indian news media conglomerate, into a larger, independent institute of media and communication. Shashi has been a managing editor of newspapers in New York, group editor of business magazines in Mumbai, the research lead for a top news channel in Noida and a travel show producer in New Delhi. He is also an award-winning and internationally-published researcher.
Shashi holds an MS in Corporate and Professional Communication from Radford University and an MA in English from the University of Mysore in India.
