Siva Subramanyam Mantha is passionate about energy, be it the energy that lights up a bulb or the energy that drives people. He believes both have the power to make a change and deliver a lasting impact. Though processes and rigour are important to him, working with people is key. He believes an individual is an amalgam of the professional and the personal.

Siva has spent more than two-and-a-half decades in the electrical domain at various multinationals in India and South East Asia. He has led teams in sales, marketing communications, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain, project operations and business management. His rich leadership experience at Siemens, Schneider Electric, Allied Signals and GE have provided great platforms for learning, yet he firmly believes it was during his entrepreneurial stint that he best learned how to run a company.

Siva subscribes to the belief that when channelled right, the qualities of passion, integrity and humility can make a huge and positive social impact. To that end, he has been actively involved with projects close to his heart. He funds the education of a blind girl child, supports the midday meal programme, and works closely with an NGO that focuses on nature, education and health in the tribal belts of the Vizianagaram district in Andhra Pradesh, India.

He is an avid motorsport enthusiast and follows Formula 1 and WRC, and has even experienced the thrill of driving in circuits around the world. Siva is an electrical engineer and has completed the Business Strategy in the Energy Industry certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology in the USA. He is also a trainer and a certified professional in the design of low and medium-voltage networks.
