One of the leading Gas Distribution Networks in UK is approaching GD2 in 2021. Due to this, the pressure will increase to significantly reduce cost and improve performance across their business.
Transformation
Enzen has been awarded the contract to deliver this transformation. As a part of this programme, Enzen will manage the transformation and business change for the customer. We will also implement a new enterprise solution and Cloud Applications suite across customer's business. The approach is designed to drive the adoption of best practice processes and deliver a solution upon which the customer can operate efficiently and more effectively, thus enabling innovation.
In addition to the transformation programme, the customer has also awarded us a separate framework contract for Business Consultancy and Advisory to help them prepare their business case for RIIO-GD2.
Business Support
The customer challenged us to propose an innovative and futuristic model to support their business. Enzen proposed a next-gen operating model for the customer to build value in today's digital world, enabling improved customer experience, agility, and TCO reduction. After six months of deliberations and consultation, we have been awarded this contract and signed it at the end of March.
