Ahmet Özdil, a founding partner of Enzen Turkey, oversees a team of engineering and renewables specialists who provide transformative solutions for energy companies across Turkey, Africa and the Middle East.
Ahmet believes that hard work and striving for excellence makes a person good and honourable. During his career, he has channelled this ethos into the energy sector, collaborating with fellow specialists in the fields of production, distribution, transmission, consumption and storage to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers, enhancing economic growth and improving quality of life for millions.
As an industry leader, Ahmet is now focused on accelerating the transition to greener sources of energy and addressing what he sees as the major challenges facing our planet: rapid population growth, increasing urbanisation, the rise of low-carbon technologies and the existential threat of climate change.
By harnessing the power of collaboration, digital transformation and automation, Ahmet believes we can not only reduce our collective carbon footprint but also create the infrastructure for a better, more equitable world.

With more than 20 years’ experience in electricity transmission and network solutions, Ahmet is adept at developing strategies that reinvent processes, increase efficiency and enhance customers’ competitive advantage, drawing on his wealth of experience in engineering, data and smart network management.
Ahmet is a graduate in electrical engineering from Selçuk University. Away from work, he enjoys long walks, swimming and loves to watch Formula One. He is married and has two children.
