Mehmet Suha Bilgin has led numerous projects in the energy sector which have transformed customers’ organisations and accelerated the performance of their distribution management.
His work philosophy is centered on sustainability, innovation and total quality management. He believes success can only be achieved through quality resource management and excellence in strategic procurement.
Within the energy domain, electric distribution specifically, Mehmet is recognised for high performance in multiple successful management roles ranging from team leadership to general directorship. His advanced abilities to enhance inter-team coordination and optimise work processes are the keys to his success.
As leader of our Turkish business, Mehmet brings in-depth knowledge and skills in strategic planning, facility maintenance, project management, operations management and data analysis.
During his time as a senior executive and general director, he has spearheaded the significant enhancements of many organisations’ energy distribution and production capacities, plus pioneered critical projects in energy test and control inspection.
Mehmet is a passionate advocate for sustainability and innovation within the energy sector. He holds a particular interest in renewable energy, such as the establishment of solar energy plants and maximising the potential of automation.
His experiences with leading companies like Boğaziçi Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ and Başkent Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ has given him a profound understanding of electric and energy test management.
Mehmet has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Anadolu University, and numerous certificates in Total Quality Management, Resource Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
With a supportive family by his side, Mehmet enjoys travelling the world, fishing, playing games and tasting delicious meals, especially barbecues.
